For more than 20 years, Gina Willoughby has helped leaders and organizations-from federal agencies to global innovators, she has helped organizations transform how they lead, communicate, and perform. As CEO and President of Willoughby Consulting Group (WCG), she partners with executives to turn vision into action and complexity into measurable, sustainable results.

Known for her energy, empathy, humor and ability to bring clarity from complexity, Gina drives transformation, leadership alignment, and strategic focus that translate directly into performance and engagement. Her approach blends the science of organizational psychology with the art of human connection delivering outcomes that with lasting impact.

She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association (National Capital Area) and is the Founder and Chairperson of Workout to End Alzheimer’s, an national initiative linking fitness, brain health, and philanthropy.

A proud native Washingtonian, Gina is a Howard University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University.

As a Part-time Spin Instructor, affectionately known as “Vitamin G”. Gina’s also a devoted dog mom to two giant poodles who keep her grounded, and on the move.
